Iberia rebranded Iberia Plus as Club Iberia Plus and moved status to a spend-based model on April 1, 2025. The Avios side of the program did not change: you still earn and spend Avios, the currency shared by seven airline programs, and you can move them between programs at 1:1, free of charge.

Above those sit Infinita and Infinita Prime, both by invitation. Because Elite Points come only from Iberia Group airfare, transferring points in does nothing for status here.
