Member Account and Activity History
If you create a free member account, we keep your profile information: email address, first and last name, language, newsletter preferences and, if you provide them, city, country, home airport and photo. We also keep your favorites, your comments and your exchanges with our team.
When you are signed in, we link your activity on our site to your account: the pages you view, your clicks on links to our partners and your clicks in our newsletters. Newsletter opens and clicks are also measured by our email provider, Brevo. Each account receives a member number: when you click a partner link while signed in, this number travels with the click to our redirection service and to our commission-tracking tool, weCanTrack, so that a possible product application can be linked to your account. Your name and email address are never sent.
We use this information to understand what interests you, improve our content and, in the future, offer you account benefits such as cash back. Only our authorized team can access it, and we do not sell it. Your activity history is kept for 25 months, then deleted automatically; your profile, favorites and comments are kept for as long as your account exists, and deleting your account erases your profile and your entire history. You can download all of your data from your profile. If you browse without signing in, no activity is linked to an account.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Clarity, etc.) to improve user experience and optimize our content. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.

If you have a member account: you can view and edit your profile, download all of your data in a machine-readable file and delete your account, directly from your profile. Deleting your account erases your profile and the entire activity history linked to it.
Data Security
Our website is hosted by Vercel, and our databases, including the member account database, by Supabase, on servers located in Virginia, United States. Both providers hold SOC 2 Type II certification and provide encrypted HTTPS access and continuous monitoring. Member account data is kept in a database dedicated to milesopedia.us, separate from our other markets. Only authorized personnel have access to personal data under strict confidentiality agreements.

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
