Wyndham Rewards Adds 40+ Luxury Hotels to Registry Collection via HotelREZ

Wyndham Rewards is adding more than 40 independent luxury hotels to its Registry Collection Hotels brand by early 2027, through a partnership with HotelREZ Hotels & Resorts announced on November 2, 2026. The first hotels, in Mykonos, Malta, Thailand, Northern Ireland and Cartagena, already appear on Wyndham's Elegant Hotels of the World page, where members can earn and redeem points.
The hotels come from Elegant Hotels of the World, the HotelREZ collection of independent, design-led luxury properties. They keep that membership and join Wyndham Rewards at the same time. For a program best known for Super 8, Days Inn and La Quinta, that is a real shift: Registry Collection counted just over 30 hotels before this deal.
What Wyndham Is Adding
- Hotels joining: more than 40 by early 2027, with more added selectively after that
- Registry Collection today: more than 30 hotels across 9 countries, including the Bristol Panama, Hodges Bay Resort & Spa in Antigua and the Balfour Miami Beach
- Typical size: many are small boutiques averaging 20 to 50 rooms
- Program reach: about 129 million enrolled Wyndham Rewards members
Hotels beyond the first 40 depend on brand fit, owner participation and onboarding requirements, so the final list is not fixed yet. The integration into Registry Collection's sales and distribution channels runs over the coming months.
The First Hotels
Six hotels make up the first group joining this week. As of November 3, 2026, five of them are listed on Wyndham's Elegant Hotels of the World page: Cinco Quintas, Rosselli AX Privilege, The TownHouse Mykonos, TreeHouse Villas Koh Yao and Galgorm Resort. Roe Valley Resort is not listed there yet.
| Hotel | Location | What stands out |
|---|---|---|
| Rosselli AX Privilege | Valletta, Malta | Restored 17th-century palazzo; MICHELIN Key, plus a MICHELIN Star and a Bib Gourmand for its restaurants |
| The TownHouse Mykonos | Mykonos, Greece | Adults-only, 18th-century manor house in Mykonos Old Town; MICHELIN Key in 2026 |
| Galgorm Resort | Near Belfast, Northern Ireland | 550 acres of parkland, thermal spa village, championship golf |
| TreeHouse Villas Koh Yao | Koh Yao Noi, Thailand | Adults-only villas with private plunge pools above Phang Nga Bay |
| Cinco Quintas Hotel Boutique | Cartagena, Colombia | Inside the historic walled city; 1 MICHELIN Key in 2026 |
| Roe Valley Resort | Near Derry/Londonderry, Northern Ireland | Four-star country resort with its own 18-hole golf course |
How to Book These Hotels With Points
At launch, award nights at these hotels are booked by calling Wyndham, not online. Points prices for the individual hotels are not displayed on Wyndham's site yet.
Wyndham Rewards moved to a four-tier award chart that runs from 5,000 to 45,000 points per night in September 2026. Wyndham has not said which tier each of these hotels falls into, so get the price on the phone before you move any points.
Two conditions from Wyndham's terms for these hotels:
- Elite perks: on-property perks can differ from the standard Wyndham Rewards member level benefits. Ask at check-in.
- Airline miles setting: members who chose to earn airline miles in their profile earn Wyndham Rewards points instead at these hotels, on qualified stays and on discounted nights with Points + Cash.
Is a Luxury Award Worth It?
Milesopedia values Wyndham Rewards points at about 0.7 cents each. If one of these hotels prices at the 45,000-point top tier, the night costs about $315 worth of points. A summer night in Mykonos or Valletta often costs more than that in cash, while an off-season night may not.
To build a balance, the Wyndham Rewards 4X points promotion is worth up to 25,000 bonus points through January 19, 2027. Bank transfer bonuses to Wyndham show up from time to time in our current credit card transfer bonuses guide. If you would rather have a full house than a boutique room, Wyndham's Homes & Havens vacation rentals start at 15,000 points per bedroom.
Bottom Line
Browse the list on Wyndham's Elegant Hotels page now, then call to price an award for your dates before you transfer points. Compare that price with the cash rate: at about 0.7 cents per point, an award only makes sense when the cash rate is clearly higher than what the points are worth. The first 6 hotels are Rosselli AX Privilege in Malta, The TownHouse Mykonos, Galgorm Resort and Roe Valley Resort in Northern Ireland, TreeHouse Villas Koh Yao in Thailand and Cinco Quintas in Cartagena. On November 3, 2026, 5 of them were listed on Wyndham's Elegant Hotels of the World page.
How many Wyndham points does a night at these hotels cost?
Wyndham has not displayed a points price for these hotels yet. The Wyndham Rewards award chart runs from 5,000 to 45,000 points per night, so call Wyndham to get the exact price for your dates.
