Pros

  • No annual fee
  • Welcome bonus of $750
  • 3x at restaurants

Cons

  • Fewer premium perks

The U.S. Bank Triple Cash Rewards Business has no annual fee and earns 3% in its eligible gas/EV charging, office supply, cell phone service and restaurant categories, and 1% on other eligible purchases. The public welcome offer is $750 after $6,000 in eligible net purchases on the Account Owner’s card within the first 180 days; authorized employee-card purchases do not qualify for that threshold.

Gas and EV charging transactions over $200 do not earn the 3% rate; certain superstores and wholesale clubs are also excluded. The $100 software credit requires eleven consecutive months of eligible purchases made directly with a software service provider. It should not be counted as an assured benefit without checking subscriptions against the issuer’s conditions.

Customize Your Rewards with the U.S. Bank Cash+® Visa Signature® Card

  • 5% cash back on your first $2,000 in combined quarterly spending in two bonus categories you choose
  • 2% cash back on all purchases in one everyday category of your choice—gas & EV charging, grocery stores or restaurants—with no cap
  • 1% cash back on all other purchases
  • 5% cash back on prepaid air, hotel and car rental bookings through the U.S. Bank Travel Center
  • $200 rewards bonus after $1,000 in purchases within 90 days of account opening
  • No annual fee

Whether you’re stocking up on groceries, fueling your vehicle or booking travel, the Cash+ Card lets you direct premium rates exactly where you spend most. Change your bonus categories each quarter for maximum flexibility, then redeem your cash back any time through the easy-to-use Rewards Center. With no annual fee and a strong sign-up bonus, it can suit spending that matches your chosen and activated categories. Interest and additional purchases can reduce its value.

Terms apply. The $2,000 quarterly cap applies to combined spending in the two chosen 5% categories, not to eligible prepaid Travel Center reservations. The chosen 2% category is separate. Travel bookings must be made via the U.S. Bank Travel Center. $200 bonus requires $1,000 spend in first 90 days. Purchase APR: 0% for the first 15 billing cycles, then a variable 17.99%–28.24% based on creditworthiness. Select and activate your categories each quarter; without that, ordinary purchases earn 1%. Terms and APR checked with U.S. Bank October 26, 2026; amounts are in U.S. dollars.

Pros

  • No annual fee

Cons

  • No welcome bonus
  • Modest reward rates

The U.S. Bank Secured Visa is intended for people establishing or rebuilding credit. It has no annual fee but requires a $300 to $5,000 security deposit equal to the credit limit. You need to be able to tie up that money in addition to budgeting for repayments.

Credit-score monitoring and choosing a payment due date can help organize payments. The decision should still focus on credit terms and timely repayment, without assuming a score increase or automatic graduation to another card. The deposit does not remove the need to pay the monthly statement.

The U.S. Bank Altitude Go Secured lets you earn points while establishing or rebuilding credit. It has no annual fee, but requires a $300 to $5,000 security deposit that sets the credit limit and ties up that money.

The 4-point dining rate applies to the first $2,000 spent in that category each quarter. Eligible 2-point categories and a 1-point base rate complete the earning structure. The quarterly cap matters when estimating rewards. Responsible use may lead to graduation to an unsecured card, but graduation should not be assumed to happen on a fixed date.

  • No annual fee; employee cards have no additional annual fee.
  • 0% introductory APR for purchases for the first 12 billing cycles. Balance transfers must be made within 30 days of account opening to qualify for the 0% introductory APR for the first 12 billing cycles. Cash advances do not qualify.
  • After the promotion, the variable purchase and balance transfer APR is 16.49%–25.49%, based on creditworthiness.
  • Balance transfer fee: 5% of each transfer, with a $5 minimum. Foreign transaction fee: 3% of each foreign transaction.
  • 5% cash rewards apply only to eligible prepaid travel booked through the specified Travel Center link. The offer terms list prepaid airfare, car rentals, hotels and attractions.
  • The $50 annual travel statement credit requires at least $5,000 of qualifying purchased travel during each account 12-month period, which restarts on the account anniversary. This is an ongoing conditional benefit, not a welcome cash bonus.
  • Eligible accounts may receive an offer for a three-month ExtendPay plan with no plan fee each calendar year after the introductory purchase APR expires; eligibility and plan conditions apply.

Pros

  • No annual fee

Cons

  • No welcome bonus
  • Modest reward rates

The U.S. Bank Business Shield™ Visa® Card is mainly useful when your business needs time to repay purchases or an eligible transferred balance. It has no annual fee, including for employee cards.

  • 0% introductory APR for 12 billing cycles on purchases and on balance transfers made within 30 days of account opening. After the promotion, the variable APR is 16.49%–25.49%, depending on creditworthiness.
  • Balance transfer fee: 5% of each transfer, with a $5 minimum. Include this cost in your repayment plan.
  • 5% cash rewards on eligible prepaid travel booked through the Travel Center. The linked terms cover prepaid airfare, car rentals, hotels and attractions; this is not a general travel-spending rate.
  • $50 annual statement credit after at least $5,000 in qualifying travel bookings through the specified Travel Center link during the account’s 12-month period. That period restarts on the account anniversary.
  • 3% foreign transaction fee. Consider that fee before using the card outside the United States.

The tradeoff is clear: introductory financing is the main reason to consider the card. The travel rewards require portal bookings, and the $50 credit requires $5,000 of qualifying travel purchases. We do not include that conditional credit by default in our valuation.

After the introductory purchase APR expires, eligible accounts may receive an opportunity to set up a three-month ExtendPay plan with no plan fee each calendar year. Availability and plan terms apply. This does not extend the original 0% introductory APR…

Pros

  • No annual fee

Cons

  • No welcome bonus

The U.S. Bank Cash+ Secured combines a secured card with cash-back categories you choose. It has no annual fee and requires a $300 to $5,000 deposit equal to the credit limit. That tied-up deposit needs to be included in your budget.

The 5% rate applies to the first $2,000 in combined eligible purchases each quarter in two selected categories. One selected everyday category earns 2%, and other purchases earn 1%. Prepaid flights, hotels and cars booked directly through U.S. Bank Travel Center earn a separate 5% rate, outside the cap for the two chosen categories. Categories must be selected and activated each quarter; the maximum rate does not apply automatically to all spending. The card therefore requires more attention than a flat-rate structure.

Our Methodology

Cards closed to new applicants and code-only offers whose terms cannot be verified are excluded. Only cards matching a category can be curated or sponsored on its page. A configured editorial selection replaces the calculated list. Otherwise, category cards are ordered by monthly selection, then first-year welcome-bonus cash value, then lower annual fees. Unknown values follow known values. Sponsored, exclusive, and featured placements then move first, in that order, with labels identifying them. Position is therefore not a universal quality score. The hub shows the first 5 cards from each list. Interest, eligibility, and your own use can change which card suits you.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1Which card should I choose from this table?

Start with your spending and eligibility. Read each card’s reason and trade-off, then compare its fees and terms. First position does not guarantee the best fit for your situation.

2How is the order determined?

3Are business cards suitable for everyone?

No. They require eligible business activity and may carry a personal guarantee. A large welcome offer does not make a business card suitable for personal spending.

4Where should I verify offers and benefits?

The table and card details read the site’s catalogue. Also check current issuer terms before applying: welcome offers, required spending, and lounge-access rules can change.

5Does a no-fee card guarantee savings?

No. Interest and other charges can outweigh rewards. Compare the full cost and, when possible, pay your statement balance in full.
