Harbour Air, North America’s largest seaplane airline, has launched a new partnership with Aeroplan, allowing members to earn up to 200 points per flight on eligible fares.
Starting December 10, 2025, Aeroplan members can earn points on eligible Harbour Air flights, including their service to Seattle, with the ability to redeem points for flights across British Columbia’s coastal routes launching in early 2026.
From humble beginnings as two separate seaplane companies servicing the west coast forestry industry, Harbour Air is now an integral part of British Columbia’s transportation network, connecting travelers of all types to coastal communities and the province’s key travel hubs.
The airline now has more than 40 years of experience and currently serves 14 destinations across British Columbia and 1 in the state of Washington with its fleet of over 40 aircraft, including four DHC-6 Twin Otters.
Key destinations include:
The Aeroplan earning structure with Harbour Air is incredibly simple, with the number of points you earn being based on fare class rather than distance traveled:
This fixed earning rate applies to all Harbour Air routes, and Commuter Pass and Unlimited Explorer Pass flights also qualify for Aeroplan points.
Launched in 2025, the Harbour Air Club is British Columbia’s first seaplane-specific loyalty program, and it offers members the ability to earn Harbour Air Club credits each time they fly.
You begin your Harbour Air Club journey as a Blue-tier member when you join and can move up to the Silver and Gold tiers once you’ve met the next credit threshold or flown 14 and 30 flights, respectively.
Members of Harbour Air Club can enjoy the following benefits based on their tier:
Plus, with the new partnership, members of Harbour Air Club and Aeroplan can earn both Club Credits and Aeroplan points on the same flight.
Point redemptions for Harbour Air flights will become available in early 2026.
This phased approach allows Harbour Air to fully integrate their booking systems with Aeroplan’s redemption platform. The exact launch date for redemptions hasn’t been announced, but your chance to earn Aeroplan begins immediately.
The Harbour Air and Aeroplan partnership gives fans of each airline the unique opportunity to earn and redeem points on seaplane flights across British Columbia and the state of Washington.
With immediate point earning and 2026 redemptions, this collaboration adds both practical value and unique experiences to the Aeroplan program. Whether you’re a regular commuter or adventure seeker, Harbour Air flights just became significantly more rewarding.
